printing

All fine art giclée photographs are printed 12x16 on an Epson 3800 printer on Velvet Fine Art paper. The paper and inks are archival and, if properly cared for, will last at least 75 years before visible fading occurs.

black and white

Black and white prints are warm-toned (similar to sepia) and printed using color inks.

matting

Prints are shipped with acid-free 16x20 mats. Shelley signs the print and not the mat, so you are free to re-mat the print.

signature and authenticity

Each print is inspected and signed by the artist and shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

shipping and handling fees

Shipping and handling for up to two prints is $15. Additional prints are $5 each. International shipping rates are quoted separately. Prints are shipped flat in a box.

delivery

Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. Prints are shipped via UPS in the US.

tax

Tax will be charged for residents of Minnesota, USA.

returns, refunds and cancellations

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel it within three days of submitting the order. If you are unhappy with the print, please return it to the address on the shipping label. Only prints returned in the perfect condition will be reimbursed for the return cost of shipping. Your payment will be refunded using the same method which you used to pay for your order.
